The weather has certainly been a downer here. Our winter has been, well to put it midly SUCKY! When the sun is out, it’s the darn deep freeze, when the temperatures are reasonable, it’s rain and ice, the damp makes you grumpy and you swear for dear life that you make it down your driveway (aka ice rink) safely. Oh well, as I wait for a brighter day I am going to bake! So this week at Village Sweets, cookies are what have been coming out of the oven.
