This is an all time favorite dessert. So simple to make. I love it’s creamy texture and that crisp sugar topping. I enjoy it cold or warm. You can add a dollop of whipped topping if you like, however I like it all on its own. A great individual dessert, that we offer in two sizes.

This cake is almost all edible, except for the jute on the sails, our little cardboard cartoon picks and the masts. Even the water and portholes can be eaten!!
