Even though this cake took quite some time to create, it was loads of fun making all the intricate edible details. Red Velvet was the choice of cake flavor with and outside frosting of Vanilla Buttercream and an inside filling of Cream Cheese Frosting, then the cake was covered in the creamy white and blue colors of the Volkswagon bus in Fondant.
